Before submitting your information, please note the Fund’s investment criteria:
- an early-stage company (Seed to Series A stage),
- with a medical device or health-tech product,
- seeking to advance the fields of endoscopic, laparoscopic or general surgery, and
- seeking an investment in the $50,000 to $100,000 range (you may need a lead investor or a syndicate of investors)
Successful applicants are likely to have protected intellectual property, FDA clearance (or an understandable and affordable path towards securing that), and a compelling reason to believe a company will advance healthcare beyond current standards of care.
